Science Parks of Southern Denmark complies with the Personal Data Regulation and acts as both data controller and data processor
When you, as a person, apply to us, we collect, record, store and use your personal data solely for the purpose of operating Science parks of Southern Denmark in accordance with its articles of association.
As a starting point, we only process ordinary personal data such as your name, address, email and phone number. Agreements can be entered into subsequently that require your COR number, photos, bank details and licence plate. We share your information with selected data providers with whom the necessary data processing agreements have been concluded. Science Parks of Southern Denmark deletes your data within 5 years after completion of dialogue or activity with Science Parks of Southern Denmark. The period is shorter in some cases.

- Morningtrain
Morningtrain ApS (in the following: Morningtrain) is a third-party web agency servicing Science Parks of Southern Denmark. Morningtrain only has access via an encrypted channel called LastPass.
LastPass is strongly encrypted with algorithms making sure of complete safety in the sky.
Morningtrain has access to data from Google Analytics and the CMS. That data is solemnly used for statistics and reporting.
Access is encrypted on device level and kept secret for LastPass itself. That is, only the
employees of Morningtrain have access to the data. The service is made even more safe a
with two-step confirmation. When an employee’s employment relationship ends at Morningtrain, the former employee is removed from all accesses to LastPass.

How long will data be saved for?
Server logs will be saved for 14 days after which they are deleted. Server logs include the IP address, pathway and any errors that occur. This information is used solely for troubleshooting and traffic analysis.

Data is saved in Google Analytics for 50 months and is used for internal statistics and reporting
What we do to keep data secure
With an SSL certificate held by our hosting provider, we ensure through SSL encryption that all data passed between individual web browsers and servers is kept secure, private and integral. By means of SSL, we therefore ensure that all data remains private.
Procedure in the event of system failure or hacking
If it is believed our website may be hacked, customers will be informed about this. Likewise, customers will be informed of any leaked data and the extent of this. In this process we are working hard to solve the error and ensure that it does not happen again.
Rights relating to personal data
You have the right at all times to (1) access your personal information, (2) correct your personal information if it is incomplete or incorrect, or (3) delete your personal information. You also have the right to request that processing of personal information is suspended, cf. applicable legislation. You can sign up for TechBlast at www.syddanskeforskerparker.dk. This sign up will be automatically deleted after 2 years. As part of it, you’re accepting that pictures and/or video can be produced from TechBlast. The video and pictures will be used in our marketing. Any further speeches, close-ups, endorsements and/or answers will require an additional contract. It will be handled separately at the event.
Contact-information and pop-ups
www.syddanskeforskerparker.dk allows you to contact employees of Syddanske Forskerparker. E.g. you can contact us regarding meeting and office facilities by using the “Kontakt Os” button and filling out the formula. We will return with an offer.
Information from “Kontakt Os” contracts will stored on your mail and will be deleted no later than six months later.
Other events
You can sign up for any event at Syddanske Forskerparker at www.syddanskeforskerparker.dk. Your sign up will be deleted no later than six months later. As part of it, you’re accepting that pictures and/or video can be produced from the event. The video and pictures can be used in our marketing. Any further speeches, close-ups, endorsements and/or answers will require an additional contract. It will be handled separately at the event.
Video surveillance in Videnbyen
Video surveillance is used at the entrance and communal areas in Videnbyen for crime prevention purposes. The surveillance is signposted clearly. Surveillance is not disclosed unless criminal acts are suspected. Video recordings are automatically deleted after 30 days unless there is a dispute.
