We offer
A science park offers the perfect venue for a half and full day conference and meetings. Our rooms can provide the framework for board seminars, leadership and strategy meetings, as well as smaller conferences. All of our rooms include modern AV and video conference equipment and our service offers the highest level of attention to detail. We offer:

Meeting and conference rooms
We have 12 meeting rooms that can support anything from small intimate meetings to network meetings and conferences with up to 124 guests. Each are in modern style with plenty of light and professional AV equipment. All of our meeting rooms are located in our two Odense departments Forskerparken and Videnbyen.
The roof of Videnbyen features our “icing on the cake” a nice terrace with mini golf and bar area. The roof terrace can be the perfect venue for your next launch event, strategy meeting, board seminar or staff workshop. The rooftop features a different environment that puts play and innovation at the front.
Meeting- and conference-packages
Our café serves great food, no matter your occasion to book at our venue. Included in our packages are food prepared with healthy, fresh and local ingredients. The packages include cooled water, fresh fruit, coffee and tea and breakfast/lunch buffet from our café. In addition, we can offer freshly baked snacks. We can also offer a guided tour of our rooms and venue – and can easily customize your package for your needs.
Conference rooms at 175 dkk per person
We offer a conference package for any presentation, seminar or workshop you are organizing that needs a venue. We require at least a booking of 5 guests and you will have a venue for a maximum of three hours. The price is 175 dkk per person and includes:
- Modern room with suitable table and chairs setup, including AV-equipment.
- Free parking
- Cake or fresh croissant
- Coffee and the
- Water
Meetingrooms for videoconference
The Science Park of Southern Denmark have a few meeting rooms with AV equipment for videoconferences, which makes it possible to hold meetings where some of the participiants participate physically, while others participate online.

Save 15% on your meetings
You will receive the same service as on your previous bookings – or even better, as we already know your needs and wants. We offer our loyal customers a 15% discount on every third meeting held within the same year. Are you planning more than three meetings, every third of those will receive the discount – counting your first booking as your first meeting.

Parking and transport
The Science Parks of Southern Denmark are located 4 km (2.5 miles) from the center of Odense. Our venue is located close to the highway and with light rail stop next to the venue. The Science Parks of Southern Denmark are the perfect venue for your next conference or meeting. In addition, we have 500 free parking spaces.
