Our two office communities, Forskerparken and Videnbyen, offer great facilities, easy and free parking and modern meeting rooms – and most importantly, a good community with a focus on network, knowledge and learning.
 
The divisions are positioned in the growing Campus Odense, approx. one kilometre apart and with both University of Southern Denmark and the new super hospital, New OUH, as neighbours, this location is perfect if you wish to have your domicile close to the newest knowledge.

Offices in Videnbyen?

Videnbyen in Odense is located in the Cortex Park as a neighbour to the University of Southern Denmark and with a light rail station right on the doorstep. In Videnbyen you’ll find start-ups, innovative companies, investment companies and the growth and entrepreneurial activities of the University of Southern Denmark. Besides office space for start-ups and scale-ups, Videnbyen also houses prototype labs, incubation environments, special offers for start-ups and a cafeteria and modern meeting facilities.

We offer many different kinds of offices for rent: Closed offices, furnished offices, virtual offices, workshops and open space offices where you’re assigned a personal desk within a light and open office community.
 
Our closed offices are the right choice if you and your team need to be able to close your doors from time to time. We offer offices of all sizes. Are you a large team you can rent our big facilities with room for 100+ employees. Are you fewer, you can start by renting a small office. Our concept is so flexible that you can easily scale up or down as needed as your business either grows or you need to reduce the size for a while.
 
You can rent temporary offices if you only need an office for a day or perhaps a week. Here you’ll be offered a light and airy workspace of around 18m2 with a height-adjustable desk and a meeting table for three.
 
You can also rent workshops, showrooms and virtual offices.

There’s also access to meeting rooms and lots of free parking spaces.
