Iben Lindhardt Olsson
Lawyer, partner and owner with Astria Advokater I/S (law firm)
Iben Lindhardt Olsson has legal expertise and is trained as a board lawyer and mediator and CEO of her own companies. She has leading roles in: A&B Analysis A/S and Sea-Point Marine Equipment A/S. She is also a board member of several foundations: Albanifonden (chair), Lis Jantzen fødselsdagsmindefond, Humlemagasinet, Sigfred Pedersens Museets fond and member of the supervisory board for RealDania.

Peter Sonny Berthold
Former mayor and former member of the regional council for the southern Danish region.
Peter Sonny Berthold has throughout his 40 years in politics built an ability to split problems, see possibilities and find solutions – often by unconventional methods. He is the former company commander in the Home Guard and CEO of Egtved Kursus Center. Furthermore, he has been chair of Liberalt Oplysnings Forbund, chair of the tourist council of the southern and eastern Jutland, member of the regional committee in Brussels, second chair of TAS and on the board for Pensionskassernes Administration, PKA A/S. He has sat on the following political committees in the region: the Research Ethics Committee, the Committee for Health Innovation and commercial collaboration in the Danish Regions and on the board of the EU office in Brussels for southern Denmark.

Jens Ringsmose
Principal of the University of Southern Denmark since November 2021
Jens Ringsmose has a degree in history from the University of Southern Denmark where he also began his research career, focused on security and defence. SDU has been a constant in Jens Ringsmose’s career, which also includes employment with the Danish Institute for Military Studies and the Defence Academy. Jens Ringsmose was dean of the Faculty for Social Studies at SDU where he created visible results, and he was behind SDU’s collaboration with Media City Odense and SDU’s Business School. The career also encompasses considerable professional and management experience within a large national and international network.

Claus Houden
Chairman of the board and member of the city council, V in Odense
Claus Houden’s references and engagement is considerable as both a professional and a cultural personage. He is a member of the Foundation Nordatlantisk Hus as chair, second chair of Fjernvarme Fyn Holding A/S, the City- and Culture committee, the board of the Royal Danish School of Ballet and the Centre for Sexually Abused in Odense. He is an investor and co-founder of the international Hans Christian Anderson Literary Prize and has travelled frequently to East Asia to establish a cultural and professional exchange programme to spread the knowledge of Denmark, especially Odense and Funen.

Dorthe Lund Kaack
Co-owner of Micro Matic and Director of C.C.N. Holding
With a Ph.D. in political science, Dorthe has a solid understanding of strategy and management. On a daily basis, she plays a central role in the industrial conglomerate Micro Matic as a co-owner and contributes to the family’s holding company, C.C.N. Holding, as a director.
Her experience also extends to board work in various environments, including technology startups and cultural institutions, where she uses her knowledge to promote development and innovation. Dorthe Lund Kaack is recognized for her practical approach and contributions to growth and development in the sectors she is involved in.
