Dorthe Lund Kaack

Co-owner of Micro Matic and Director of C.C.N. Holding

With a Ph.D. in political science, Dorthe has a solid understanding of strategy and management. On a daily basis, she plays a central role in the industrial conglomerate Micro Matic as a co-owner and contributes to the family’s holding company, C.C.N. Holding, as a director.

Her experience also extends to board work in various environments, including technology startups and cultural institutions, where she uses her knowledge to promote development and innovation. Dorthe Lund Kaack is recognized for her practical approach and contributions to growth and development in the sectors she is involved in.

Peter Sonny Berthold

Former mayor and former member of the regional council for the southern Danish region.

Peter Sonny Berthold has throughout his 40 years in politics built an ability to split problems, see possibilities and find solutions – often by unconventional methods. He is the former company commander in the Home Guard and CEO of Egtved Kursus Center. Furthermore, he has been chair of Liberalt Oplysnings Forbund, chair of the tourist council of the southern and eastern Jutland, member of the regional committee in Brussels, second chair of TAS and on the board for Pensionskassernes Administration, PKA A/S. He has sat on the following political committees in the region: The Finance Committee, the Committee for Health Innovation and commercial collaboration in the Danish Regions and on the board of the EU office in Brussels for southern Denmark.

Jens Ringsmose

Principal of the University of Southern Denmark since November 2021

Jens Ringsmose has a degree in history from the University of Southern Denmark where he also began his research career, focused on security and defence. SDU has been a constant in Jens Ringsmose’s career, which also includes employment with the Danish Institute for Military Studies and the Defence Academy. Jens Ringsmose was dean of the Faculty for Social Studies at SDU where he created visible results, and he was behind SDU’s collaboration with Media City Odense and SDU’s Business School. The career also encompasses considerable professional and management experience within a large national and international network.

Claus Houden

Deputy mayor in Odense

Claus Houden’s network, references, and engagement span widely across both the business and cultural sectors.

In the political sphere, he has experience as deputy mayor for Employment and Social Affairs in Odense, as well as a member of the Finance Committee and other committees. He serves as Chairman of the Board for Fonden Nordatlantisk Hus, is a board member of the Royal Danish Ballet School in Odense, and is a co-founder of the international Hans Christian Andersen Literature Award.

Hans Henrik Banke

Attorney at Focus Advokater P/S

Hans Henrik Banke is a lawyer and has worked for many years as an attorney at Focus Advokater P/S, where he has also held various managerial responsibilities.

His areas of work include corporate law and foundation law.

For many years, he has operated within the commercial legal interface between private companies and public or otherwise regulated entities, particularly within the utilities sector.

Jørgen Andersen 

Triple Helix Navigator and CEO of Hands On Mikrofonden

For 15 years, Jørgen Andersen led the Bagger-Sørensen family’s real estate investments, including the development of the successful business park DANDY Business Park. Here, Triple Helix partnerships between knowledge institutions, the municipality, clusters, business hubs, and a wide range of startups and established companies have created a truly unique innovation environment spanning 30,000 m², housing 200 companies and 1,200 knowledge workers.

Today, Jørgen works as an independent partner for, among others, Afkobling2030 (funded by Industriens Fond) and Sygehus Lillebælt. He also serves as CEO of Hands-On Mikrofonden and sits on the boards of Business Vejle, Uddannelse Vejle, and Vejle Musikteater’s strategy group.
